ABOUT AYONNA
Ayonna Hammond is the Principal Consultant and general boss lady of Good Business People. She has over 20 years of global management consulting, organization design and M&A experience in media, retail, hospitality and international trade industries. Prior to Good Business People, Ayonna was a senior project leader at Deloitte Consulting and an organizational development director at UPS Supply Chain Solutions.
Ayonna holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Georgia State University and a Certificate in Entertainment Business and Production from UCLA. She also maintains the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation. Her philanthropic spirit and passion for equity led her to serve on the Board of Directors for RightPath where she prepares young people to live lives free from financial burden.
In her spare time, you can find Ayonna traveling, keeping an eye on the latest style and music trends, and rooting for her favorite sports teams: the Los Angeles Lakers, the Atlanta Falcons and the Louisville Cardinals.
